Cosmetic Surgery
Body contouring
Tumescent Liposculpture: The most advanced technique of permanently removing excess fat deposits in areas that are resistant to diet and exercise. It is called tumescent (which means “to swell”) because the surgeon fills and swells the fatty areas to be removed with large volumes of special solution before the procedure. This solution completely numbs the area due to the effect of local anaesthetic, therefore general anaesthesia or heavy intravenous sedation is not required. At the same time a substance called adrenalin constricts the blood vessels, reducing bleeding to negligible amounts. Fatty deposits are then removed using small straw-like tubes called cannulas connected to a suction apparatus or syringe. It is called liposculpture because the cosmetic surgeon is able to artistically sculpt the body into a new shape using delicate instruments.

Facial Procedures
FAMI (facial autograft muscle injection): A non-invasive, restorative approach to aesthetic surgery that promises to deliver where the facelift can’t. Understand, a young face is not an old face with tight cheek skin. Youth and beauty are reflected much more in the 3 dimensional volume of the face – thru depth of eyes, fullness around the mouth and lips and projection of the cheeks.
Vein Transfer: Unwanted veins may be removed from the legs and inserted as filler for deep nasal labial folds, also referred to as marionette lines in the face. The inserted veins boost collagen production and minimize the appearance of grooves in these areas. The veins may be noticeable by touch for about a month until body temperature eventually softens them. The results are smooth appearances in both the legs and the face.
Hair Transplantation
Micrograft Transplantation process entails removing hairs from one area of the head and transplanting them randomly into the bald or thinning area. Special care is taken to ensure that the hair will grow back in the same direction as the existing hair so as to achieve the most natural look.
