Dr. Goldman: The trick here, keep your eyes closed, is that you actually have to go down to the pariostylum and I inject in deep. See how that fills that in. Look at that it looks good already. Got to be careful or I’ll put your husband out of business here.  See that difference in the size in the sides? It’s pretty good just like that.

Now I’m putting a half CC of Cosmoplast into each infraorbital group. I have to go down to literally feel the pariostylum and I’m layering this just on top of the pariostylum. Slightly molding it into place. Close your eyes please.
